For nearly twenty years, I worked on a book series about the Ten Commandments in the 21st century.

One book for each commandment. Basically, I have described ten core values for a fruitful and dedicated Christian life.

Common theme

Each book in the Ten Commandments Series can be read separately, although a common theme will be repeated. What is this common theme?

Love is the fulfillment of the law!

Many Christians find themselves hanging in mid-air between law and grace and feel they have to make a choice. Jesus Christ, however, shows us that it is not about making a choice but all about connecting the two.

Fulfilling the Law in love

It is by grace that we can fulfill the law in love. The emphasis in the books is therefore not on keeping or obeying the law, but on fulfilling it in love, as love is the fulfillment of the law (Romans 13:10).

Every time we act in love, we live out God's commandments!
