Marja Verschoor-Meijers was born and raised in Holland. She is an award winning author and free lance writer.

A life of traveling and adventure took them all over the world. They visited countries like Nepal, India, and Malaysia in the Far East but also Bolivia, Peru, and Chili in South America.

Although their love for traveling has not subsided, their spiritual journey took on a whole new meaning when they experienced the love and grace of their Creator.

They are the founders of the Holland-based non-profit organization Traveling Light. Their organization seeks to offer practical help, financial support, and spiritual encouragement to ministries in need all over Europe and the Middle East.
